Today, 25 November 2024, Sea Otter Europe and the Euro Mobility Festival launch an exclusive window for reserving spaces in the 2025 Expo Zone, specifically for brands that took part in the successful 2024 event. This priority access will remain open until January, when general registration for new brands begins.
Taking place from 19 to 21 September 2025, the 2025 event promises to surpass all expectations following the great success of the previous year, which attracted more than 68,000 visitors, 500 exhibiting brands, and hosted over 597 Demobike test rides.
More Space and New Opportunities
In 2025, the festival continues its expansion with a 10% increase in Expo Zone space, reaching over 42,000 m2. This growth is driven both by interest from new brands and by current participants’ desire to expand their presence.
The increase will cover key areas of the venue, reaffirming Sea Otter Europe’s commitment to providing quality spaces for all exhibitors. Furthermore, e-bike and urban bike circuits will continue to be a feature, strengthening the festival’s position as a leader in sustainable mobility through the Euro Mobility Festival.
Loyalty and Growth Opportunities
Sea Otter Europe rewards the loyalty of the brands that have participated in previous events. Starting today, brands from 2024 can secure their spots before general registration opens. Meanwhile, new brands will be able to register starting 16 January 2025, until all spaces are filled.
It is worth noting that in previous years, spaces sold out months before the event. All interested brands are encouraged to reserve their spaces as soon as possible.

In addition to marketing the Expo Zone, the festival offers custom sponsorship packages tailored to meet the needs of each brand and ensure perfect synergy with the event. To ensure that sponsoring brands will be able to maximise their impact at one of the world’s most important cycling events, they will have access to high-visibility areas within the festival, enhanced communication packages, and specific activities and competitions.
