What does the exhibitor ticket include?

We provide early access to the assembly days so that you can set up your stand and materials with complete peace of mind.

In order to speed up access control to the stand set-up, it is compulsory to complete the stand set-up registration form.

This form must be submitted by 10th September 2025 and can be amended if you need to update your information.

How to obtain your Nominal accreditation and get access to Sea Otter Europe Match

To get access to the festival, each team member must have a nominal exhibitor accreditation. To obtain it, they must first register on the accreditation platform via the following link. This registration will give them access to the official Sea Otter Europe app, where they can manage their accreditations and use Sea Otter Europe Match, a key tool to connect with professionals and visitors interested in your brand.

How do I register as an exhibitor?

3.- Log in with your credentials in the Sea Otter Europe Match section.
4.- Add your brand information and register your stand team.
5.- All set! Now professionals will be able to match your brand and visitors will find your stand easily.
6.- Collect your accreditation at the festival to get access to the venue. You will find more information in the dossier you will receive in your confirmation email once you have registered.
