The organization and the brands have prepared several circuits so you can test the bike you have reserved.
For safety reasons and to ensure that the tests are carried out within the established times, only the circuits authorized by the organization should be used.
There are tracks for all modalities: gravel, road, e-bike, mountain bike and even urban test circuits.

DEMOBIKE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I book on the same day as the test?
Yes. Although the organization recommends that you book in advance through the official platform.

What documentation do I have to bring?
It is essential to present your ID and the reservation QR code. Photocopies or identification documents of other people other than the one participating in the service will not be accepted. If you have not reserved an ABUS helmet, you must bring one with you.
What happens if I am late for the time I had scheduled for the reservation?
The reservation is lost and you must re-book the bicycle according to availability. Some brands wait up to a total of 10 min. Maximum punctuality is requested.
What happens if I don't bring my ID / passport?
If you do not have your ID / passport, you will not be able to take the test.
How long do I have to try it?
According to the time slots established by the brands. Between 30 min and 60 min. With enough time to prepare the bicycle, carry out the route and return it comfortably.
The visits may be guided or, on the contrary, free. This will be at the choice of each brand. That is why the circuits are minimally signposted.
I know a road that is not part of the DEMOBIKE circuit. Can I deviate and create my own route?
No. For safety reasons and to ensure that the tests are carried out within the established times, only the circuits authorized by the organization should be used.
Can I test bicycles from all brands?
No. The DEMOBIKE Sea Otter Europe service is a service that the organization makes available to brands and visitors so that the activity can be carried out in the most agile and comfortable way possible.
That is why, if when registering on the DEMOBIKE platform you do not find the brand that interests you, it may be that:
a) they do not do bicycle tests
b) they have not contracted the platform.
In this last case, go directly to their stand to find out.
Do I have to bring my own equipment (helmet, sportswear, shoes)?
Yes. You must bring your own equipment.
However, GARMIN offers GPS RENTAL service (free) and ABUS offers HELMET RENTAL (free).
Is there any insurance that covers in case of accident?
Yes. All DEMOBIKE participants have insurance that covers the cyclist in the event of an accident. As long as it is within the circuits marked by the organization.
Will there be a cloakroom service?
No. Each person must be responsible for their personal belongings. Some brands may enable a space in their stand as a cloakroom.No. Cada persona debe responsabilizarse de sus objetos personales.
Will there be changing rooms with showers?
Yes. You can find them inside the Fontajau municipal pavilion.
