ABUS returns to southern Europe’s leading cycling festival as the official brand of the sixth edition of Sea Otter Europe Costa Brava Girona by Continental.
The prestigious German helmet and anti-theft brand has been collaborating with the Sea Otter Europe Costa Brava-Girona by Continental festival for several years, as an official helmet sponsor of the festival and for Demobike helmet testing.
When we talk about ABUS, it is important to highlight the principles of transparency, honesty and fairness, which are fundamental to its project, to which we can also add the solidity, security, reliability and quality of its products. ABUS is constantly developing cutting-edge, high-performance products. According to these principles and its continuous work, ABUS develops and manufactures the finest security solutions, providing people all over the world with the best possible sense of peace of mind and security. This is reflected in their motto: ‘Providing people with innovative security technologies since 1924’.
The fact that Abus has a great international reputation, and the positive relationship that it has established over the years with the festival, has led the brand to become more involved as a ‘bronze sponsor’ of the event.
Antonio Pardo, head of marketing at Abus Iberia, comments that ‘Abus has experienced every edition of Sea Otter Europe. We like long-term commitments. It is something we have been doing for almost 100 years and the festival has plenty to make it a safe bet. Summing up why SOE is a unique experience is no easy feat, but for Abus, SOE brings together all the magic and principles of cycling that we aim to uphold through our products around the world on a daily basis. There are many reasons for Abus and Sea Otter Europe to partner year after year. Why don’t you stop by the Abus stand in September and find out?’
From 23 to 25 September, Girona will host one of the most-awaited cycling festivals of the year and ABUS will be there at its stand to present all its new products for 2022/23, have a fun time with various challenges and, at the same time, offer different training sessions such as:
• Security workshop to prevent bicycle theft
• Advice on helmet use and maintenance
