Tickets will be free and can be obtained via the website or through selected cycling stores around the country.
The main objective of this new measure for 2020 is to go further towards preventing the spread of Covid-19 and, in turn, creating greater peace of mind for all the professionals and visitors in attendance from 25 to 27 September. The ticketing system is just another one of the measures that the organisers are implementing in order to adapt to the circumstances of the pandemic. In addition, the new system will make it possible to manage attendance numbers more accurately and the impact they have on the festival. The organisers are appealing for a responsible attitude from all in order to comply with the measures.
Below you will find more information on who should obtain this type of ticket, how to do so and what added value it will bring to the festival.
Who should obtain a general ticket?
If you are a specialist store, distributor, cycling enthusiast, participant in our sporting events, or simply want to come and enjoy the festival and the activities on offer together with your family, you must reserve a personal ticket (for everyone over the age of five). Get your ticket by filling in the form and it will be valid for all three days of the festival.
How to get your ticket?
Reserving a ticket is simple. All you have to do is fill in a form with your personal details and save the confirmation on your mobile phone or bring it with you on paper.
The form can be accessed in two ways:
- On the website, by visiting: seaottereurope.com/entradas
- By scanning the QR codes on the checkbooks that you will find in different selected cycling stores. This way you will also get a 20% discount on Sea Otter Europe merchandise. Selected stores include those associated with the Catalan Association of Bicycle Traders. Ticket in store available from September 16, 2020.
Beyond safety, the ticketing system will bring added value to the festival.
Implementation of the ticketing system will also contribute greatly to the event, since those attending will be highly interested in everything the festival has to offer, in addition to providing more accurate information on attendance numbers and the impact they have on the festival.
